Outline of Research at the Start

現在の地域公共施設には、幼老複合施設のように異なる制度や機能の集約が求められており、より広域の利用者を対象とすることが求められている。しかしながら、その利用者のアクセシビリティについて、特に複数の異なる機能を提供する公共施設という点から、定量的な分析に基づいた計画立案が行われているとはいえない。本研究では、このような集約施設へのアクセシビリティに着目し、公共施設として適切な施設の集約および代替交通網の計画立案のための数理モデルの開発を目的とする。集約される異なる機能のそれぞれの需要の特性などを考慮した施設集約計画と、そのような集約施設へのより良いアクセスを実現する最適化モデルを開発する。
