Outline of Research at the Start

需要構造の著しい変化，サプライチェーンの維持などに対応するためには，生産工場の新設および頻繁な更新が不可欠となる．その際，製造コストの高比率を占めるマテリアルハンドリングに関するコストの最小化を図る柔軟な設備レイアウト手法が重要となる．従来の学術的なレイアウト問題では，新規工場に対するレイアウト立案が論じられる場合が多く，製造環境の変化に応じた継続的なレイアウト変更，部分的なレイアウト変更などについての研究はほとんどみられない．本研究では，設備レイアウトの変更の必要性を意思決定者が容易かつ頻繁に検証することが可能であり，製造環境の変化に柔軟に対応しうる設備レイアウト手法を開発する．
