Outline of Research at the Start	災害時の停電が人工透析患者の生死にかかわる需要な問題を抱える人工透析とそれを利用する高齢者の介護施設を併設する病院の医療設備や送迎システムに、脱炭素社会実現の社会的な要求に応じて電気自動車EVを使用する場合、災害時においても脱炭素化社会のための再生可能エネルギーを活用した長期的な電力確保は可能であろうか？本研究では、通常時には送迎のための最適経済運用を行い、災害時にはこれらの施設と自治体が運営するクリーンセンターを結ぶEVによる電力搬送、患者の送迎と施設の電力供給の複合的な関係を統合化した運用手法を開発する。
