本研究は，積雪荷重が及ぼす老朽社会インフラの変状への影響を評価し，インフラの選択と集中のためのマネジメント戦略に資することを目的に実施する．
積雪情報の定量化と老朽社会インフラの健全度評価を実施し，現時点の性能の可視化を進める．その知見を踏まえ，豪雪地帯のインフラの選択と集中に供するリスク判断支援ツールを提供し，「撤去すべきか？維持すべきか？」といったマネジメント戦略に活用するための方策を提案する
