Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では,「低水深ではあるものの津波越流を伴う場合の堤内地津波被害」に着目し,①整備防潮堤形状の調査,②防潮堤模型を用いた越流津波の堤内地遡上特性の可視化や波圧の計測,③数値モデルの構築と越流プロセスの数値シミュレーション,④室内実験結果と数値実験結果との統合による堤内地建物への遡上津波の波力算定と建物被害評価モデルの作成からなる4つのサブテーマを設け,防潮堤の有無やその形状の違いが堤内地における津波被害にどう影響するかを明らかにしその波力や被害評価の数量化を提案する.
