Outline of Research at the Start	本申請課題では、これまで開発したウシ培養肉の作製技術を使い、エアレーションを伴う灌流培養を組み合わせることで、スケールアップを行う。これにより、ウシ培養肉のハム・ソーセージ・ウインナーといった加工肉への利用展開が可能となる（SDGｓ：環境保護や食の多様化にもつながる）。具体的には、ウシ細胞のみから、厚さ5mm ・幅1 cm ・長さ2 cmのウシ培養肉の作製を行うことを目標にする。
