Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、強誘電体基板と強磁性体の積層構造体を用いて、強誘電体のストレイン(歪み)効果を利用し、強磁性体の磁化/磁区構造の変調を利用した研究を行い、基板のストレイン効果により強磁性薄膜に誘起される磁歪と磁気異方性の機構を探り、各性質や相互作用を明らかにすることを目的とする。さらにその特徴を利用したスピントロニクスデバイスの開発を行う。この研究を通して、学術的知見への貢献と応用デバイス開発に向けた有意な研究成果を挙げることを目指す。
