Outline of Research at the Start

格子緩和・残留歪状態が制御された膜構造成長技術や配列・サイズ・組成が制御されたナノコラム構造成長技術に加え、非混和性により生じるIn揺らぎ・相分離の理解とそれらを抑制制御もしくは積極活用したナノ構造の自然形成技術を高めることにより、赤色発光素子応用に資する膜構造、ナノコラム構造、および、量子井戸(QW)や量子ドット(QD)などのナノ構造を有するInGaNマトリクス構造を製作する。
