Outline of Research at the Start	ホスホリパーゼは、生体膜やリポソームなどに含まれるリン脂質の加水分解酵素であり、消化酵素や毒性因子として知られている。本研究では、界面選択的な振動分光測定・顕微測定・生成物定量分析を駆使して、加水分解反応に伴う水和水・リン脂質膜・酵素の界面構造の変化と空間情報・反応機構との相関を明らかにすることで、リン脂質膜界面における加水分解反応の分子レベルでの学理を構築する。
