Outline of Research at the Start

申請者らは土壌成分を添加して複数株のA. oryzae の培養を行った結果、菌株が保有するアフラトキシン生合成遺伝子群の構造の違いにより生育促進または抑制が観察された。そこで本生育応答の違いを家畜化に伴うゲノム情報の変化と関連付け、土壌成分応答の異なる株間のゲノム情報比較と共に同成分添加の有無で網羅的転写解析を行い、転写様式の菌株による違いとゲノム配列の違いから土壌成分応答遺伝子の候補を選択する。そして、候補遺伝子破壊株や高発現株の性質からA. oryzae の当該遺伝子を特定し、A. oryzae における生理的な役割を解明する。
