Outline of Research at the Start	本課題では未知の植物ホルモン用物質であるKLの生合成阻害剤の創製に取り組む。KLは未だ単離構造決定がされておらず、生合成経路も全く明らかになっていない。しかしながら、受容体であるHTL/KAI2の変異体では特徴的な表現型を示すことから、KLの存在は強く示唆されている。KLの生合成経路を明らかにし生理的役割を解析することを目的に、スクリーニングと有機合成を手法として、KL生合成阻害剤を創製する。
