Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、我々が開発したダイズ突然変異体を利用して、種子中および側根中でのイソフラボン組成および蓄積量の変化と根粒形成の変化の関係を明らかにし、根粒菌の着生に対するそれぞれのイソフラボン分子種の効果を解明するとともに感染に必要な閾値を明らかにすることで、低イソフラボンダイズの開発に必要な代謝経路改変技術を確立する。
