Outline of Research at the Start	イチゴの収量を向上させるためには、厳寒期で根量を多く確保できる特性を持つことが重要である。申請者はこの特性に関連する候補遺伝子群をRNA-seqにより選抜した。本研究では、植物体の根で発現するこれら候補遺伝子群のより詳細な発現様式を解明し、葉などの地上部器官においても根と同様の挙動を示すバイオマーカーとなる候補遺伝子群を探索することを試みる。また、地上部バイオマーカー候補遺伝子と多収関連形質との関係を調査し、その有効性を検証する。
