Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、グリーンインフラストラクチャー（以下、GI）の日本標準（以下、GI標準）の開発に向けた予備的な研究を行うことを目的とする。ここでGI標準とは、社会実装されるGIの質を保証するための原理原則と定義される。GIの社会実装が急速に進む中で、この標準がいわばチェックリストとして利用されることで、GIの量と質の基準を上げるとともに、一貫した考え方のもとにGIの取り組みが進むことを意図している。GI標準の開発にあたっては、①まず試案を作成し、②それらをパブリックコンサルテーションにかけて修正を行い、客観性のある成案を得る二段階のプロセスを想定しているが、本研究はこの内の①を扱う。
