Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、まず国内外の先行事例における公共空間の評価手法から「評価の視点」と「評価の指標」を抽出して整理する。その内容と日本の都市公園における評価手法とを比較し、現状の課題や可能性を精査したうえで、都市公園の実状と照らし合わせて適切な評価手法を提案する。その際、事業プロセスにおける時間価値の評価や多主体・多空間の関係価値の評価についての指標を検討する。
さらに、実際の都市公園を対象に評価の試行実施を行い、その結果から成果と課題を総括することで、実質的に有効な都市公園の評価手法を構築する。
