Outline of Research at the Start	地区公園、近隣公園、街区公園から構成される中～小規模の住区基幹公園は、身近な住環境として地域価値の向上に資する可能性がある。一方で、膨大な設置数や小規模な空間・管理費といった整備・予算上の課題に加えて、近隣からの苦情や禁止ルールの乱立など社会規範に関連する課題が多い。本研究では、小規模公園群の一括管理に取り組む事例を対象に、①住民意見から規範の形成へのプロセス、②規範から公園の管理運営やルール・マナーづくりの手法、③小規模公園の新たな資産化・個性化への効果を明らかにし、小規模公園群の一括管理を通じた規範的パークマネジメント手法を構築するための知見を得ることを目的とする。
