Outline of Research at the Start	激しいかゆみを伴う皮膚炎は、身体的苦痛だけでなく精神的苦痛ももたらす。かゆみと掻破（掻く行動）の悪循環が様々な皮膚炎を悪化させ、かゆみを抑制することは皮膚炎改善に直結する。我々はこれまでに、アトピーモデルマウスにアカエゾマツ精油を塗布することでアトピー症状を改善することを見出した。本研究は、マツ科精油のドライスキンに対する効果をモデルマウスや皮膚培養細胞を用いて明らかにし、かゆみを有する皮膚疾患の症状改善を目的とする。
