Outline of Research at the Start

遊漁者はFpの河川媒介者となりうるか？を問うことを目的として、第一に遊漁者の釣具類やウエーダー上でのFpの生残性を調べる。また、第二にモデル河川の遊漁者が利用している別河川でも解禁直後にFpの疫学調査を実施し、解禁後のモデル河川のFpの遺伝子型と比較することで、別河川からモデル河川へのFpの伝搬の可能性を検証する。そして、両実験結果から河川における冷水病の発生と遊漁者の関係性を考察する。
