Outline of Research at the Start	雄クルマエビ生殖組織に存在するD-Gluの生理機能を解明するために、D-Glu生合成を誘導させた精巣を用いてmRNA発現量の比較解析を行うことで、発現量の増加が有意に認められた遺伝子の中からD-Glu生合成酵素遺伝子を同定する。さらに、RNA干渉によりD-Glu生合成酵素遺伝子の発現を抑制することで、D-Gluの生殖における役割を明らかにする。
