Outline of Research at the Start	世界最大規模の魚類による自然毒食中毒シガテラ中毒（CP）の原因物質ciguatoxin (CTX: シガトキシン)は、基本骨格構造は海域により異なる。すなわち、太平洋型(CTX4A型及びCTX3C型)、カリブ海型(C-CTX: Caribbean ciguatoxin)、及びインド洋型(I-CTX: Indian Ocean ciguatoxin)の4型でであるが、I-CTXの構造は未だ明らかになっていない。 LC-HRMSによって得られた太平洋型CTXsのフラグメントイオンスペクトル解析研究成果を基に、インド洋でのCP試料の活性画分のフラグメント解析を中心とした構造解析と分析法設定を目指す。
