Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、飼料産業と畜産業を産業連鎖として把握し、配合飼料の供給から畜産物の生産、処理・加工、販売に至るフードシステムの構造と適正な価格形成機能について体系的・総合的に検討する。配合飼料価格が過去最高水準まで高騰し、生産コストが上昇するなか、フードシステムを構成する各事業者の経営を維持するためには、適切な価格転嫁が必要となる。課題解明に向けて行政、業界団体、事業者等への実態調査を実施するとともに、構造論的分析及びグローバル・バリューチェーン分析を援用することで、フードシステムの構造と価格形成機能における課題の抽出と適正な仕組みの構築に向けた提言を行う。
