Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、多様な農業経営において、後継者の未確定な離農間近の高齢農業者を対象に、１）高齢化により労働力の量や質が低下するなかでの経営縮小行動とその規定要因、そしてこれらを繰り返して現在に至るプロセス、２）高齢農業者における所得向上目的以外の多様な営農動機、３） 離農に対する意識と経営資産の処分方法を解明する。これらにより、経営や農地の提供側である高齢農業者の経営実態や営農・離農意識を解明し、的確な継承対策を明らかにする。
