Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，畑作物転作の割合が高い都道府県を対象に，水田活用の直接支払交付金の見直しがなされたあとの水田利用・作付状況の変化を地域レベル，経営体レベルで実態調査から明らかにし，今後の転作において田畑輪換を行わず水田の畑地利用を継続していける条件を明らかにすることで，水田利用率の維持・向上に有効な施策や条件整備を提示することである．
