Outline of Research at the Start

高齢社会において、高齢者の食に関する問題状況の把握や改善方法の提案は今後さらに重要になるものと考えられる。近年では、高齢者の食料品アクセス問題が注目され、農業経済学分野では店舗と居住地との関係等の研究が蓄積されてきているが、、商品選択場面とそこでの情報過負荷に注目した研究蓄積は十分とは言えない。そこで、本研究では、商品選択場面での情報過負荷の発生状況に注目し、高齢者における農産物購買時の特徴を、非高齢者との比較を通して明らかにするとともに、情報過負荷の発生を低減するための食料品店舗等での情報提供のあり方を提案する。
