Outline of Research at the Start

新たな流域治水対策として，①水田集約地域での面的な雨水貯留効果の増強，②太陽光発電と揚水発電を組み合わせたため池の事前放流の強化，③ICT型水管理システムを活用した多目的ダムの事前放流の強化について検討する．2024年度の課題①では現地観測，課題②，③では仮想のため池と流域をもとにモデルと評価手法の構築を実施し，2025年度以降で実流域への適用を行う．対象は大分県内の河川流域を予定している．本県は近年豪雨被害が多発しているが，水田面積割合が小さい流域が多く，田んぼダム以外のさらなる流域治水対策が求められている．
