Outline of Research at the Start

日本では外来種アライグマが増加し様々な問題が引き起こされている。アライグマ生息数増加の原因としてアライグマの繁殖力の強さがあるが、アライグマの繁殖特性は明らかになっていない部分が多い。本研究では2種の異なる質量分析法を用いアライグマの繁殖特性の解明と、ICTシステムを活用して効率的なアライグマ対策を実践し、アライグマの被害を低減させることを目的とする。アライグマの繁殖特性は性ホルモンの網羅的解析法（ステロイドミクス）により、アライグマ特有の性ホルモンプロファイルを解析し、内分泌学的な観点から解明することを目指す。ICTを活用してアライグマの個体データを分析し、効率的な捕獲対策を構築・実践する。
