Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は乳由来ガングリオシドのシアル酸構造や免疫学的特性に着目し、ウイルスの皮膚感染への影響を解析する目的のため、皮膚角質における直接的なウイルス感染抑制作用および抗ウイルス応答を指標にした総合的な抗ウイルス作用について、皮膚角化細胞のモデル細胞培養系ならびに正常皮膚角質三次元培養モデルを用いた評価・検証を行う。
