Outline of Research at the Start	猫伝染性腹膜炎（FIP）はFIPウイルス（FIPV）により引き起こされるネコ科動物の致死性ウイルス感染症である。抗FIPV抗体はFIPVの感染を増強するため、現在抗体ベースのFIP治療薬は開発されていない。そこで、本課題においてはFIPVに対する中和抗体の樹立および選抜と、ネコ抗体分子におけるネコ抗体Fc領域の改変（最適化）を行うことで、FIP治療に有用な抗体ベースの抗ウイルス薬の開発を行う。
