Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、サルモネラ野外分離株を用いて病原性に関与する因子を解析し、その因子とサルモネラ症発症との関係性を検証する。研究期間内に株間による病原因子の発現状況の比較検証と生育環境（生育する培地の違い）による病原因子の発現状況を検証する。そして、サルモネラ症発症に関与する因子を特定する。さらに、サルモネラ症発症機序に関与する因子を疫学的に解析し、サルモネラ症発生動向との関係性について検証する。本研究で得られた知見は、サルモネラ症発症機序の全貌解明に向けた端緒となると考えている。
