Outline of Research at the Start	申請者はこれまでの研究で、インフルエンザウイルスの組換えヘマグルチニンのグライコフォームはその産生量と成熟にかかる時間よって左右されることを明らかにした。糖タンパク質のグライコフォームはその免疫原性に関与することから、これら糖タンパク質をワクチンとして利用することを想定すると、グライコフォームの違いがワクチンによる抗体誘導能の違いを生む可能性がある。そこで本研究では、HAで見出した知見が他のウイルスエンベロープ糖タンパク質に適用されるのかを明らかにするとともに、糖タンパク質のグライコフォームとその免疫原性の関係を調べることで、タンパク質に高い免疫原性を付与するグライコフォームを探索する。
