Outline of Research at the Start	心エコーを用いてヒトや犬の心疾患の重症度評価を行う際、右心房機能は評価対象として長年見過ごされてきた。その理由は、従来技術である2D心エコーを用いる場合、3次元的に複雑な構造と動きを呈する右心房の機能を正確に評価することが容易ではないためである。本研究の目的は、新規技術である3D心エコーと3D Speckle Tracking法を用いた右心房機能の評価を犬の心疾患の新たな重症度評価法として確立することである。具体的には、①犬の心疾患の臨床例において右心房機能と生存期間が関連するのかと、②心血管薬の投与による血行動態の変化が右心房機能にどのような変化をもたらすのか、を明らかにする。
