Outline of Research at the Start	免疫細胞の分化とその機能に対する腸内細菌叢の生理的な役割が徐々に明らかになっている。免疫チェックポイント阻害剤（ICI）の臨床においても腸内細菌叢の関与が指摘されている。しかし、ヒト免疫細胞とヒト腫瘍が生着し、かつヒト腸内細菌叢が定着したモデルは存在しないため、ICIの効果に影響を与えるヒト腸内細菌叢を探索することは現状では困難である。本研究では我々が保有する無菌飼育技術、ヒト免疫系マウス作出技術、および安定的なICIの評価モデルを駆使して、ICIが効くレスポンダー糞便探索が可能な前臨床評価系を開発し、バイオマーカーとなる腸内細菌叢の同定を目指す。
