Outline of Research at the Start	本研究ではHAVの腸管からの侵入メカニズムを解明するために、以下について調べる。腸管からのHAV侵入時にマクロファージが肝臓への運び屋として働くか、ウイルス複製の場としての役割もあるか明らかにする。腸管上皮のM細胞によるHAVの取り込みが経口感染成立に必要であるか明らかにする。ウイルスが肝臓に移動する前に腸管上皮に感染（初期増殖）するか明らかにする。
