Outline of Research at the Start	真核生物に保存された細胞内分解システムの一つであるオートファジーはさまざまな生理的機能を担っている。オートファジー関連タンパク質は30以上同定されているが、それらがどのように協調してオートファジーに特異な膜動態を作り出すのかは不明である。本研究ではオートファジー膜伸長時の脂質に焦点を絞り、それら脂質の輸送機構を解明することを目的とする。
