Outline of Research at the Start	タンパク質は凝集すると病気を引き起こすことがある。例えばアルツハイマー病はアミロイドβ（Aβ）ペプチドの凝集体が原因で発症すると考えられている。最近の実験で細胞膜表面上に流れがあるとAβの凝集が加速することが分かった。しかし、膜上の流れによる凝集加速機構も、その凝集体の構造も、まだ分かっていない。本研究では非平衡分子動力学シミュレーションにより膜上に流れのある環境という実際の脳内環境に近い状況でAβの凝集機構を解明する。
