Outline of Research at the Start	ゴルジ体分解の研究は、他の細胞内小器官に比べて非常に歴史が浅く、分子メカニズムや細胞内で果たす役割がほとんど明らかにされていない。申請者はこれまでにゴルジ体関連分解（GOMED）の可視化手法の確立と、特異的に誘導できる化合物の同定に成功している。本研究ではまず、ケミカルバイオロジーとプロテオームを活用し、GOMEDの分子メカニズムの解明に迫る。さらに、ゴルジ体が持つ分泌輸送および糖鎖修飾の２つの機能に着目し、これら既知の主要機能における変調（ストレス）に応じたGOMEDのダイナミクスを解明する。ゴルジ体の恒常性維持への寄与を検証し、生理的意義の解明を目指す。
