Outline of Research at the Start	①ステロール合成酵素群の小胞体-脂肪滴分布を決定する分子機構解明出芽酵母Ldo45によるステロール合成酵素群分布制御機構の解明のため、Ldo45の様々な変異型タンパク質を発現させ、その局在やステロール合成に与える影響を調べる。またLdo45結合タンパク質を探索する。哺乳類培養細胞においてPromethinの発現低下を誘導し、そのステロール合成能に与える影響を調べる。 ②ステロールエステル加水分解酵素の分布変化を担うリポファジーの分子機構解明リポファジーの阻害された酵母株と野生株における脂肪滴局在タンパク質の差異を質量分析技術などを援用し調べる。
