Outline of Research at the Start	本研究課題ではモデル生物分裂酵母を用いて、ミトコンドリアがどのようなメカニズムで胞子に分配されていくのか、そのメカニズムを明らかにすることを目的とする。本研究課題では、①ミトコンドリアがどのようにして胞子の中に入っていくのか？その動態の観察 ②「①」を制御する遺伝子の取得と解析の２つに注目する。オルガネラの細胞への分配は、生物や細胞によってさまざまである。本研究により得られる結果は、オルガネラの娘細胞への分配という重要な生命現象のメカニズム解明に重要な知見を与えうると考えられる。
