Outline of Research at the Start	陸地が海や山脈などの障壁で分断された際，障壁を越えるのが難しい数々の陸生生物は同時に集団が分割されたはずだが，分岐順や年代推定値はしばしば種・グループ間で一致しないことが知られている．この不一致はなんらかの種特異的イベントにより生じたと考えられ，なおかつ，そのような種特異的イベントの背景には定性的・定量的に種間比較が可能で，イベントの起こり易さに影響を与える遺伝的，生理的，生態的パラメータが存在すると期待される．本研究では，奄美・沖縄諸島に生息する爬虫両生類を対象として，種・種群それぞれについて核ゲノム情報に基づき集団系統樹を構築し，島嶼集団間の分岐年代を種間比較可能にすることを目指す．
