Outline of Research at the Start

女性は初潮から閉経を迎えるまでの間、毎月訪れる月経の影響で周期的に心身の不調が出現し、自身の能力を発揮出来ない場合も少なくない。月経と上手く付き合うためには自身で月経周期を把握し、月経日を予測することが望ましいが、これまでの調査から月経周期は想像以上に変動が大きく、不安定であり、予測精度を上げたいという考えに至った。そこで本研究では日常生活下で見られる月経周期に作用する因子を探索し、月経日の予測精度の向上と制御を目指す。
