Outline of Research at the Start	生体内には多くの物質が存在し、様々な化学反応を起こしている。これらの生理的意義探求は、生命現象や疾患の分子レベルでの理解や、それを基盤とした治療法確立へつながる可能性を秘める。ある物質や反応の働きを解明するには、近傍にあるタンパク質の網羅的解析が必要となる。本アプローチはコンディショナルプロテオミクスと呼ばれるが、このための従来のラベル化試薬には汎用性と網羅性に難がある。本研究では、これら課題を同時に克服するラジカル再結合型ラベル化試薬の開発を目指す。
