Outline of Research at the Start

研究体制は代表者と分担者（富山大学工学部）の2名で、3年間の研究期間を計画している。タンパク質関係の実験は横山が、化合物合成 (2)を岡田が担当する。1. 中性子解析で最適な官能基を推測する。それを元に、2. で誘導体を作成し、3-5. で分析を行う。親和性・選択性が改良できた化合物を用いて、再度 1. 中性子解析を行い、2. 誘導体合成および3-5. 分析を行うことで、実用化可能なTTR安定化剤を開発する。
