Outline of Research at the Start

立体構造の大きく異なる新規キラル誘導体化試薬を複数合成し、それらをタンパク質構成キラルアミノ酸と反応させて得られる各種ジアステレオマーのイオン移動度を測定し、各アミノ酸についてD体とL体に由来するピークの分離度を評価する。良好な分離度を示した構造の情報を基に誘導体化試薬の構造と組織切片上で行う誘導体化反応の条件を最適化し、多様なD-アミノ酸をイメージング可能な新規手法を構築する。
