Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、mRNA-LNPの動態特性と組織中タンパク質発現について、非ヒト霊長類やヒトにも適用可能なPETを活用した評価方法の開発を目指す。さらに、疾患モデルを用いて、mRNA-LNPの体内動態や遺伝子発現に影響を及ぼす肝疾患の病態要因を解明する。
