Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、生体内／外で効果的かつ選択的に制御性T細胞（Treg）を増幅させることで、過剰な免疫応答を抑制する新規モダリティとして、2型TNF受容体（TNFR2）に対する機能性イムノサイトカイン「TNFR2-ICK-Ig」の創製を目指す。TNFR2-ICK-Igは、低分子抗体ドメインが受容体を相互に架橋しながら、アゴニストドメインが刺激を伝えるという作用機序により、膜結合型TNF特有のTNFR2シグナル伝達様式である受容体クラスターを惹起し、強力なシグナルを介したTreg増幅が期待できる。
