Outline of Research at the Start	抗体薬物複合体(ADC)は抗体と低分子薬を結合させた複合体であり、近年では画期的ながん治療薬として注目されている。ADCでは抗体１分子に結合できる低分子の数は１~８分子であるため、より低い濃度でがん細胞を殺傷できる抗がん剤を用いる必要がある。そこで申請者はin vitroで強力ながん細胞傷害活性を持つサンドラマイシンに着目した。サンドラマイシンは既にADCに応用されている微小管重合阻害剤などよりも細胞傷害活性が5~100倍ほど高いため、サンドラマイシンを用いたADCは既存のADCよりも強力な抗腫瘍効果を発揮する可能性がある。本研究は新規のADCを作成し、その抗がん活性をマウスモデルで評価する。
