Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、大麻活性成分テトラヒドロカンナビノールと同じ作用を有するカンナビノイドCB1受容体作動薬を用いて、発達期に摂取した大麻活性成分が成長後に発現する行動異常を成熟期に摂取した場合と比較することによって詳細な行動学的解析を実施する。さらにその行動異常発現における病態発症機序の解明ならびに薬物療法の可能性を探索して、若年者を対象とした大麻乱用予防啓発のための科学的エビデンスの構築を目指す。
