Outline of Research at the Start	分子レベルでATP-binding cassette B4 (ABCB4)がリン脂質を排出する機序は明らかとなっていない。また、ABCB4のリン脂質排出活性を阻害する薬剤が薬剤性肝障害を惹起すると考えられるが、ほとんど知見がない。本研究では、ABCB4のリン脂質排出機序を分子レベルで解明し、胆汁鬱滞性肝障害の新規治療薬開発に繋げることを目指す。また、ABCB4のリン脂質排出に影響を与える薬剤の簡便なスクリーニング系の構築を試みるとともに、電子カルテ上の診療情報も用いることで、ABCB4のリン脂質排出活性と薬剤性肝障害との関連を明らかにする。
