Outline of Research at the Start	T細胞活性化に伴い発現が誘導されるアミノ酸トランスポーターLAT1が取り込むメチオニンは、タンパク質の機能を調節するアルギニンメチル化の基質となる。本研究は、LAT1によるメチオニン輸送を介したメチル化の標的候補とされるEWSR1のT細胞活性化における重要性について、LAT1特異的阻害薬を用いた手法により解明し、LAT1-EWSR1経路を標的とした新たな免疫疾患治療戦略の開発基盤を構築する。
