Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、がん抗原、抗体医薬品、FcγRによって惹起される抗体依存性トロゴサイトーシスの定量的評価系の構築と、その分子作用機序を明らかにすることである。具体的には、抗原の種類や、がんの種類、抗体のサブクラス、Fc糖鎖、FcγRサブタイプなど、様々な分子特性とトロゴサイトーシスの強弱の関係性を明らかにする。これらの関係性を明らかにすることで、特定のFcγRへの親和性を増強／減弱する変異導入などにより、抗体依存性トロゴサイトーシスの制御が可能となる。
